A brief look into the sport of bodybuilding!

Bodybuilding is a rapidly growing sport. Millions of people weight train each and every day. Some people train to get toned and in shape. Others lift to get ripped and bulky. And then there is the group of men and woman who lift for the sole purpose of being the best at the sport. I have been researching bodybuilding for over two years. It's unbelieveable the information I have learned. For the first time in my life I'm going put all this research that I have learned to the test. I'm going to start working on becoming a bodybuilder and putting everything I learn and achieve on this blog. I'm also going to look into the success of the top bodybuilders of the sport, primarily the best like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ronnie Coleman.
